8051 系列芯片通常只有1 个或2 个串口,在工程实际中,往往需要多个串口进行整个系统的通信,但是普通单片机或者DSP 原有的UART 串口都比较少。GM8125可以将1 个全双工的标准串口扩展成5 个全双工的标准串口,并能通过外部引脚控制串口扩展模式:单通道工作模式或多通道工作模式。
