We have a group of N items (represented by integers from 1 to N), and we know that there is some total order defined for these items. You may assume that no two elements will be equal (for all a, b: a<b or b<a). However, it is expensive to compare two items. Your task is to make a number of comparisons, and then output the sorted order. The cost of determining if a < b is given by the bth integer of element a of costs (space delimited), which is the same as the ath integer of element b. Naturally, you will be judged on the total cost of the comparisons you make before outputting the sorted order. If your order is incorrect, you will receive a 0. Otherwise, your score will be opt/cost, where opt is the best cost anyone has achieved and cost is the total cost of the comparisons you make (so your score for a test case will be between 0 and 1). Your score for the problem will simply be the sum of your scores for the individual test cases.

数字频率计数器又称通用计数器，是电子测量领域中最常见的测量仪器之一。它可以测量正弦波的频率（周期），脉冲波的频率（周期），脉冲宽度等时间参数。在通信，电子等领域中有广泛的应用。本文对传统的测频方法中存 在的精度低的问题进行了分析：数字频率计数器在测量高频信号时能够达到足够高的测量精度，但在测低频信号时，其测量结果的有效位数将会减少，精度也会相应的降低。在此基础上提出了一种基于单片机的等精度测频率，测周期，测脉冲宽度的实现方法。介绍了单片机的内部计数器与程序的运算功能进行等精度测量方法的实现。给出了测量的原理与方案的具体实现。所谓等精度测量法，它是一种测量精度与被测频率无关的测量方法。即满足在高频与低频时具有相同的精度。由于充分的利用单片机本身的软硬件资源，使得设计不需要太多的外围电路就能够实现准确的测量。
