针对众多低成本数据采集需求，采用带有片上USB控制器和D/A转换器的混合信号微处理器C8051F340，设计了一款可通过USB接口和LabVIEW图形用户界面实现与PC机联机的数据采集器，同时借助系统的SD卡存储独立实现现场长时间采集数据。该数据采集器成本低，结构简单，体积小，已成功用于工业现场。 Abstract: Aiming at the need of low cost data acquisition, a data acquisition device is designed based on C8051F340 which is a mixed-signal microcontroller and integrates USB controller and A/D controller on a chip.The data acquisition device which can combine with PC by USB interface and LabVIEW graphical user interface,can realize data acquisition. At the same time,it can be solely run a long time in virtue of SD card in field.The date aequisition device features low cost,simple structure and little sharp, and it has been used in industry field.

It adopts a new high performance microconverter ADuC841 by the ADI as the control core in the system, configuring a liquid crystal module LCM3202401. In the analog circuit, AD8627 with high input impedance is used to detect the low current，signal magnification, as well as resistance and capacitance compensation are accomplished by subsequent circuits. It has the advantage of simple hardware circuit design, small volume and convenient operation. It can either be used as an independent system to measure and show signal detected or transmit to PC by infrared ray.

基于幅移键控技术ASK（Amplitude-Shift Keying），以C8051F340单片机作为监测终端控制器，C8051F330D单片机作为探测节点控制器，采用半双工的通信方式，通过监控终端和探测节点的无线收发电路，实现数据的双向无线传输。收发电路采用直径为0.8 mm的漆包线自行绕制成圆形空心线圈天线，天线直径为（3.4±0.3）cm。试验表明，探测节点与监测终端的通信距离为24 cm，通过桥接方式，节点收发功率为102 mW时，节点间的通信距离可达20 cm。与传统无线收发模块相比，该无线收发电路在受体积、功耗、成本限制的场合有广阔的应用前景。 Abstract: Based on ASK technology and with the C8051F340 and C8051F330D MCU as the controller， using half-duplex communication mode， this paper achieves bi-directional data transfer. Transceiver circuit constituted by enameled wire which diameter is 0.8mm and wound into a diameter （3.4±0.3） cm circular hollow coil antenna. Tests show that the communication distance between detection and monitoring of the terminal is 24cm，the distance is up to 20cm between two nodes when using the manner of bridging and the node transceiver power is 102mW. Compared with the conventional wireless transceiver modules， the circuit has wide application prospect in small size， low cost and low power consumption and other characteristics.

This chip included all the necessary functions to generate user-defined OSDs and to add them into the video signals. It could be put into work with addition of just a small number of resistances and capacitors. This paper provided software and hardware implementation solutions and design example based on the chip. The system had the characteristics of simplicity in circuit structure，lower cost，and comfort for the nature of human vision. Loading road test demonstrates high video and text display quality and reliable performance，which makes the driver easy to see backward and reduces chance of accidents.

The system uses MSP430F1121A MCU to control DS18B20， and gets the temperature data， which is displayed on the LED. The temperature sensor DS18B20 and MCU transmit data through serial communication. MSP430 series has ultra-low power and high integration， DS18B20 only needs one port to achieve data communication. Through many experimental results prove， this system is consistent with actual environment temperature. The system has characteristics of interface circuit simple， high measuring accuracy， minor error， high reliability， besides， the characteristics of low cost and low power make it having vaster application prospect.

This solution is based on a 16-bitfixed-point DSP and μC/OS-II embedded real-time operating system. It makes good use of the limited resources, supports SIP and TCP-UDP/IPprotocol. It can connect the analog telephone to Internet and realize the VoIP application.
