某客户在其产品的设计中,使用了STM32F411。由于产品外观的要求,无法在外部对BOOT 脚进行控制,而且外观上只有USB 接口是留在外边的,需要使用USB DFU 进行升级。而且USB接口只用于代码升级,没有其他功能,所以客户不想去碰USB 代码,希望能够直接使用System Memory 中的Bootloader 进行代码升级。

本系统采用电动机电枢供电回路串接采样电阻的方式来实现对小型直流有刷电动机的转速测量。该系统主要由二阶低通滤波电路,小信号放大电路、单片机测量显示电路、开关稳压电源电路等组成。同时自制电机测速装置,用高频磁环作为载体,用线圈绕制磁环,利用电磁感应原理检测电机运行时的漏磁,将变化的磁场信号转化为磁环上的感应电流。用信号处理单元电路将微弱电信号转化为脉冲信号,送由单片机检测,从而达到准确测量电机的速度的要求。In this system, the sampling resistance of armature power supply circuit is connected in series to measure the speed of small DC brush motor. The system is mainly composed of second-order low-pass filter circuit, small signal amplifier circuit, single-chip measurement and display circuit, switching regulated power supply circuit and so on. At the same time, the self-made motor speed measuring device uses high frequency magnetic ring as the carrier, coil winding magnetic ring, and electromagnetic induction principle to detect the leakage of magnetic field during the operation of the motor, which converts the changed magnetic field signal into the induced current on the magnetic ring. The weak electric signal is transformed into pulse signal by signal processing unit circuit, which is sent to single chip computer for detection, so as to meet the requirement of accurate measurement of motor speed.

我们在开发阶段,调试单片机时更换程序,一般是通过下载器(仿真器),把保存程序的Flash擦除,再重新编程。那如果到了量产阶段,已经组装好成品了,或者已经到用户手上了,需要再次更新程序时,就没办法通过下载器去更新了。此时考虑通过外围的通信接口(UART/USB/SPI/I2C/CAN等)来实现升级。为了保证升级的可重复性和安全性,从Flash中划分一小块区域作为升级使用,我们称之为Boot程序,或者Bootloader。这个程序是作用就是管理升级,判断是否需要升级,升级数据包的接收及Flash编程,应用程序的跳转控制,以及升级过程中的异常处理等。

eMMC存储介质目前越来越广泛的应用在嵌入式系统中,AM335x的用户也越来越多的使用EMMC作为系统的主要存储介质。目前 AM335x的几款官方demo板中,只有BeagleBone Black上加入了对eMMC芯片的支持,很多用户也是参考 BeagleBone Black进行自己AM335x系统的eMMC设计。笔者最近分别通过 TI Uniflash和SD卡完成了BeagleBone Black上 eMMC芯片的烧写验证工作,软件基于 AM335x Linux SDKO6总结出来供大家参考。1,使用TI UniFlash工具通过USB RNDIS尧写1.1 TI Uniflash简介Uniflash是TI开发的存储器烧写工具,可以支持 AM335x系统的NAND Flash NOR Flash,SPI Flash eMMC烧写。可以参考 wiki上的guide:btto://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Sitara Uniflash Quick Start Guide,在Windows宿主机上下载并安装 Uniflash,并按照其中 3.3节所述在Windows宿主机上安装USB RNDIS驱动。1.2 eMMC烧写原理本文介绍的验证方法是使用 Uniflash工具通过USB对BeagleBone Black上的eMMC进行烧写,原理是通过Romcode,SPL和u-boot三个阶段,将一个专门用于 eMMC烧写的Linux操作系统在BeagleBone Black板上运行起来,并自动运行脚本进行烧写。

一、建立基本的项目平台在建项目平台前需要做一些准备,选择一个盘建立 Platform”文件夹,在Platform"文件夹下建boot".HardWareTest"、"Project"、"Src"四个文件夹,boot"用来存放bootloader工程程序,HardWareTest"用来存放硬件自动测试工程程序,"Project"用来存放项目平台建立时生产的文件,"Src"用来存放STM32uCOSl工程的应用程序。下面开始建项目平台吧。步骤一:新建一个 IAR for ARM工程,File-> New-> Workspac创建一个新的工作空间,然后通过Project >Create New Project建立一个ARM的Empty project,点击“OK"后弹出工程保存菜单,填写工程名“STM32uCOSI",然后点击“保存”,第一个工程建立完毕。步骤二:再建一个工程,通过Project > Create New Project建立一个ARM的Empty project,点击“OK"后弹出工程保存菜单,填写工程名“BOOT",然后点击“保存”,第二个工程建立完毕。步骤三:建第三个工程,通过Project →> Create New Project建立一个ARM的Empty project,点击“OK"后弹出工程保存菜单,填写工程名“HardWareTest",然后点击“保存",第三个工程建立完毕。
