随着社会经济迅速发展，城市用电急剧增加，在诸如电信、银行、医院、化工、消防、交通、商场、高层建筑等重要场所不允许停电，若因停电可能会带来重大经菥损失的场合应采用两路电源(常用电源、备用电源)供电当一路电源出现异常时，由自动转换开关电器(ATSE)自动转换到另一路电源，确保负载用电的可靠性、安全性。国外，在20世纪8O年代末、90年代初，ATSE产品得到了广泛应用，如法国溯高美公司生产的SIRC／)VER系列自动转换开关，新加坡IK公司生产的I．KNB—ATS，LKB—ATS，I．KF—ATS系列等产品，并制订了相应的IE(260947—6一l《低压开关和控制设备：第6部分自动转换开关电器》标准，近年来国内一些厂家也相继推出AESE产品．并在很多重要用电场合得到越来越多的应用上海电器科学研究所负责起草，部分生产厂参与，并征求广大用户意见，等同采用IEC609476—6—1的《自动转换开关电器》国家标准GB14048、×一××××，也已制订并报批，为规范国内ATSE产品的标准，提高产品质量有了可靠依据。

Rao-Blackwellised Particle Filters (RBPFs) are a class of Particle Filters (PFs) that exploit conditional dependencies between parts of the state to estimate. By doing so, RBPFs can improve the estimation quality while also reducing the overall computational load in comparison to original PFs. However, the computational complexity is still too high for many real-time applications. In this paper, we propose a modified RBPF that requires a single Kalman Filter (KF) iteration per input sample. Comparative experiments show that while good convergence can still be obtained, computational efficiency is always drastically increased, making this algorithm an option to consider for real-time implementations.

Hidden_Markov_model_for_automatic_speech_recognition This code implements in C++ a basic left-right hidden Markov model and corresponding Baum-Welch (ML) training algorithm. It is meant as an example of the HMM algorithms described by L.Rabiner (1) and others. Serious students are directed to the sources listed below for a theoretical description of the algorithm. KF Lee (2) offers an especially good tutorial of how to build a speech recognition system using hidden Markov models.
