Description:    Library files for LVDS/LVPECL.  Includes VHDL, Verilog
                and Edif files for using LVDS and LVPECL registered I/O.
 
Platform:       PC
 
Installation/Use:
                This file contains files needed to implement registered 
                I/O with LVDS or LVPECL.  The files include:
 
                        io_lvds_synopsis.vhd
                        io_lvds_synplify.vhd
                        io_lvds_pkg.vhd
                        io_lvds_synopsys.v
                        io_lvds_synplify.v
                        ibufds_*_lvds.edf
                        obufds_*_lvds.edf
                        obuftds_*_lvds.edf
                        iobufds_*_lvds.edf
 
                where * can represents the 16 different types of registers
                generally usable within the Xilinx architecture.
 
                In order to be used, the files should either pe stored 
                in a library directory or in the project directory, and 
                then properly referenced within the project/script file.
