随着工业自动化的发展,升降平台在工业现场体现的作用越来越重要,相比于传统升降平台,电动可移动式升降平台的应用越发广泛,与其他升降系统相比电动升降系统具有高效、安全、稳定以及环保等诸多明显优势。本文着重介绍了一种电动升降小车的控制器设计。采用MSP430单片机的升降小车控制器通过扩展后的I/O口控制和处理电机驱动信号以及传感器信号。该控制器提供了CAN以及RS485通信。设计合理的按键子程序以及中断程序,配合升降小车的硬件系统完成升降任务。通过实验设计了一种按键响应软延时来实现消抖以及保证升降过程的稳定。
With the development of industrial automation,the lift platform in the industrial field reflect the role of more and more important,compared to traditional lifting platform,electric portable lift platform application more widely,compared with other elevator system electric lift system with high efficiency,safety,stability and environmental protection,and many other obvious advantages.This paper introduces a kind of electric lifting the car controller design.Adopting MSP430 MCU elevator car controller by extended I/O interface control and motor drive signal and sensor signal processing.The controller provides CAN and RS485 communication.Reasonable design of key-press and interrupt subroutine program,lifting task with the lift car hardware system.Through the experiment designed a keypress soft delay to implement shaking and ensure the stability of the lifting process.
