基于单片机控制的施工升降机监测终端设计

为了方便操作人员和监管部门对施工过程中的设备进行实时监控,确保其安全有序进行,设计了一种基于单片机控制的施工升降机监测终端。可实现对升降机载重、位置、移动方向、操作者等的监控,将信息在液晶屏上显示出来,同时对违规操作产生语音报警以提醒操作人员;单片机通过串口连接远程通信模块,将监测终端升降机基本参数、实时数据等上传给远程服务器,使监管部门及时掌控相关信息。实验测试结果证明了设计的合理性。

In order to facilitate operators and supervision departments to monitor the equipment in the construction process in real time and ensure its safety and orderly,a construction elevator monitoring terminal based on single chip microcomputer control was designed.It can monitor the load,position,moving direction and operator of the lift,display the information on the LCD screen,and generate voice alarm for illegal operation to remind the operator;Microcontroller connects the remote communication module through serial port,and transmits the monitoring terminal elevator basic parameters and real time data to the remote server,so that the supervision department can timely control the relevant information.The experimental results prove the rationality of the design.
