目前医学影像设备相关课程见习时存在资源短缺,难以操作等缺陷,而仿真教学设备体积庞大、造价昂贵、仿真度低。为解决上述问题,设计一套DR可交互仿真教学工作站,将DR转化为计算机Unity软件中的三维模型,并通过串口通信实现单片机对三维模型的操作控制;同时利用VB6.0与Access2012制作DR设备操作界面系统。工作站软硬件结合的设计,能够实现从DR设备原理知识、基础控制、摆位训练到DR设备操作界面系统的教学、训练以及考核。通过将实验课的多个考察项目整合统一,工作站实现了一站化、小型化、网络化,功能完善、易于普及,通过长时间的教学使用验证与对比分析,结果显示工作站效果显著,对实验教学具有重要意义。
Combining with the teaching characteristics of related courses of “medical imaging equipment”, a set of digital radiography (DR) is designed to solve the problems of lack of resources for experimental courses, large size of existing simulation teaching equipment, high cost, and low degree of simulation. The interactive simulation teaching workstation transforms the DR equipment into a 3D model by Unity software, and realizes the operation control of the 3D model by the single-chip microcomputer through serial communication. Meanwhile, the DR equipment operation interface system is made by using VB6.0 and Access2012. The combination of workstation hardware and software design can realize the teaching, training and assessment of the DR equipment operation interface system from the knowledge of DR equipment basics, basic control and positioning training. Through the integration and integration of multiple investigation projects in the experimental course, the workstation has achieved one-stop, miniaturization, networking, complete functions, and easy popularization. Through long-term teaching use verification and comparative analysis, the results show that the workstation has significant effects, and the experiment teaching is of great significance.
