基于单片机控制舵机的调平装置设计
<p>针对目前调平设计主要集中在大型和中型设备上的局限,设计一种小型的基于单片机控制舵机的调平装置设计。系统根据LSM303DLH三轴陀螺仪采集的加速度数据,通过I2C协议与单片机进行数字传输,经过STM32微控制系统计算,结合算法设计从而产生调平所需的PWM波,控制伺服舵机的旋转角度,实现了对载物面的调平。实践结果表明,调平装置能实现两个自由度的舵机进行180°范围的旋转,调节精度达到10.55
基于单片机控制的便携式电火花打孔机的设计
<p>针对现有的便携式电火花打孔机质量太大、加工效率低等问题,在分析总结了现有的便携式电火花打孔机研究现状的基础上,提出了一种滑块静止而导轨运动的执行机构设计方案。基于单片机,研究了直接利用RC比较电路以简化放电回路的方法,使用了千分表座作为便携式电火花打孔机的底座以调整打孔面,制作出的便携式电火花打孔机重量减轻至10kg以内,测得材料去除率达到了15mm3/min以上,且打孔面易于调整。设计结果

<p>基于STC89C52单片机,设计了一种物体摩擦系数测量系统,该系统主要由STC89C52单片机、对射红外传感器、LCD1602显示器和玻璃倾斜面等组成。阐述了该系统的设计原理和工作过程,完成了装置的搭建和系统功能编程实现,并展开试验研究,结果表明,本系统可实现物体滑动摩擦系数快速测量,试验结果与标准范围基本一致,验证了系统方案的可行性和工作的可靠性。本系统具有操作方便、成本低等特点。</p>
