基于STC89C52单片机的物体摩擦系数测量系统设计

基于STC89C52单片机,设计了一种物体摩擦系数测量系统,该系统主要由STC89C52单片机、对射红外传感器、LCD1602显示器和玻璃倾斜面等组成。阐述了该系统的设计原理和工作过程,完成了装置的搭建和系统功能编程实现,并展开试验研究,结果表明,本系统可实现物体滑动摩擦系数快速测量,试验结果与标准范围基本一致,验证了系统方案的可行性和工作的可靠性。本系统具有操作方便、成本低等特点。

Based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer,the object friction coefficient measuring system was designed.The system was mainly composed of STC89C52 single-chip computer,infrared sensor,LCD1602 display and inclined glass surface.The design principle and working process of the system were described.The construction of the device and the function programming of the system were completed.The experimental results showed that the system could realize the fast measurement of sliding friction coefficient of objects.The experimental results were basically consistent with the standard range,which verified the feasibility and reliability of the system scheme.The system has the characteristics of easy operation and low cost.
