This document outlines what is necessary to install and run the LEACH protocol on version 2.27 of ns2. At the time of this writing, this is the newest version of ns2. The LEACH implementation was written as a stand-alone application. Thus, in the past a version compiled for LEACH may or may not work for other protocols. In addition, the original version of LEACH was compiled for version 2.5b which is an outdated version of ns2.

Abstract: Most magnetic read head data sheets do not fully specify the frequency-dependent components andare often vague when specifying other key parameters. In some cases, the specifications of two very similarheads from two different manufacturers might be quite different in terms of parameters specified and omitted.The limitations in the data sheets make designing an optimum card reading system unnecessarily difficult andtime consuming. This approach addresses two difficulties simultaneously: 1) the range limitation of mobile robot sensors and 2) the difficulty of detecting buildings in monocular aerial images. With the suggested method building outlines can be detected faster than the mobile robot can explore the area by itself, giving the robot an ability to “see” around corners. At the same time, the approach can compensate for the absence of elevation data in segmentation of aerial images. Our experiments demonstrate that ground-level semantic information (wall estimates) allows to focus the segmentation of the aerial image to find buildings and produce a ground-level semantic map that covers a larger area than can be built using the onboard sensors.

DESCRIPTION The DCP0105 family is a series of high efficiency, 5V input isolated DC/DC converters. In addition to 1W nominal galvanically isolated output power capability, the range of DC/DCs are also fully synchronizable. The devices feature thermal shutdown, and overload protection is implemented via watchdog circuitry. Advanced power-on reset techniques give superior reset performance and the devices will start into any capacitive load up to full power output. The DCP0105 family is implemented in standard- molded IC packaging, giving outlines suitable for high volume assembly.
