首先研究CAN总线和SAE J1939协议,提出一种基于MC9S12HZ256微控制器的总线式汽车数字仪表解决方案。详细介绍SAE J1939协议的报文帧格式及应用层协议中发动机相关参数的定义,以及步进电机及其驱动和车速信号的处理方法。该数字仪表系统硬件平台由微处理器和信号采集和信息处理及显示等模块组成。软件设计部分编程实现了对CAN总线和各传感器数据的读取、处理。该系统能够实时反映车辆工况。 Abstract: In this paper,CAN bus and SAE J1939protocol are researched,and a vehicle digital instrument solution based on MC9S12HZ256MCU is proposed.The message frame format and some engine-related parameters’definition in SAE J1939application layer protocol are introduced in detail.Stepper motor and its driver,the methods of speed signal process-ing are also introduced.The hardware platform of vehicle digital instrument is composed by MCU,signal acquisition mod-ule,and signal processing and displaying module.Data receiving and processing from CAN bus and sensors are accom-plished by programming,and vehicle condition can be reflected in real-time.

The extension technology especially for storage of single chip-MMC/SD card via SPI interfaces in 8051F330 single chip, including designs single chip drive program of MMC/SD card based on hardware platform,and also gives the key coding of the program. The implementation of big capacity storage is meaningful in audio signal generator.

The PCF8578 is a low power CMOS1 LCD row and column driver, designed to drive dotmatrix graphic displays at multiplex rates of 1:8, 1:16, 1:24 or 1:32. The device has40 outputs, of which 24 are programmable and configurable for the following ratios ofrows/columns: 32¤8, 24¤16, 16¤24 or 8¤32. The PCF8578 can function as a stand-alone LCDcontroller and driver for use in small systems. For larger systems it can be used inconjunction with up to 32 PCF8579s for which it has been optimized. Together these twodevices form a general purpose LCD dot matrix driver chip set, capable of driving displaysof up to 40960 dots. The PCF8578 is compatible with most microcontrollers andcommunicates via a two-line bidirectional bus (I2C-bus). Communication overhead isminimized by a display RAM with auto-incremented addressing and display bankswitching.

为解决传统可视倒车雷达视频字符叠加器结构复杂,可靠性差,成本高昂等问题,在可视倒车雷达设计中采用视频字符发生器芯片MAX7456。该芯片集成了所有用于产生用户定义OSD,并将其插入视频信号中所需的全部功能,仅需少量的外围阻容元件即可正常工作。给出了以MAX7456为核心的可视倒车雷达的软、硬件实现方案及设计实例。该方案具有电路结构简单、价格低廉、符合人体视觉习惯的特点。经实际装车测试,按该方案设计的可视倒车雷达视场清晰、提示字符醒目、工作可靠,可有效降低驾驶员倒车时的工作强度、减少倒车事故的发生。 Abstract: A new video and text generation chip,MAX7456,was used in the design of video parking sensor in order to simplify system structure,improve reliability and reduce cost. This chip included all the necessary functions to generate user-defined OSDs and to add them into the video signals. It could be put into work with addition of just a small number of resistances and capacitors. This paper provided software and hardware implementation solutions and design example based on the chip. The system had the characteristics of simplicity in circuit structure,lower cost,and comfort for the nature of human vision. Loading road test demonstrates high video and text display quality and reliable performance,which makes the driver easy to see backward and reduces chance of accidents.

The SN65LBC170 and SN75LBC170 aremonolithic integrated circuits designed forbidirectional data communication on multipointbus-transmission lines. Potential applicationsinclude serial or parallel data transmission, cabledperipheral buses with twin axial, ribbon, ortwisted-pair cabling. These devices are suitablefor FAST-20 SCSI and can transmit or receivedata pulses as short as 25 ns, with skew lessthan 3 ns.These devices combine three 3-state differentialline drivers and three differential input linereceivers, all of which operate from a single 5-Vpower supply.The driver differential outputs and the receiverdifferential inputs are connected internally to formthree differential input/output (I/O) bus ports thatare designed to offer minimum loading to the buswhenever the driver is disabled or VCC = 0. Theseports feature a wide common-mode voltage rangemaking the device suitable for party-lineapplications over long cable runs.
