ADIAL Basis Function (RBF) networks were introduced into the neural network literature by Broomhead and Lowe [1], which are motivated by observation on the local response in biologic neurons. 在Altium 软件中区分内电层是正片还是负片的方法通常情况下，大家都知道电路板的表层都是正片，负片特指内电层，然而内电层不一定都是负片，也有用正片的。电路板的内电层使用正片或是负片，是由设计电路板的人决定的，和个人习惯有关。下面就简单的说下，如何识别这个电气层是正片还是负片。方法一、在板层的显示和隐藏界面查看；进入板层颜色管理界面Design → Board layers & Colors（快捷键L）有上图可以看出，中间上方的Signal layers 栏所示的都是正片层，Internal Planes 栏所示的都是负片层。这里注意一点，使用负片层时，负片层是不允许用交互式布线命令走线的。方法二、看层叠结构;进入层叠管理，Design → Layer Stack Manager上图中右上角标注1 和2 的地方，1 处表示添加负片层，2 处表示添加正片层，执行此命令后，会在图中的层叠处看到添加后的效果。本例中，使用了4 个正片层和两个负片层；拿其中一种来说明问题，图二中的3 标号处为负片层，双击层名称，弹出对话框，参数如下图所示；Net name 项是不允许修改的，这是负片层参数的特征。
