以89S52单片机和EP1C6Q240C8型FPGA为控制核心的多功能计数器，是由峰值检波、A/D转换、程控放大、比较整形、移相网络部分组成,可实现测量正弦信号的频率、周期和相位差的功能。多功能计数器采用等精度的测量方法，可实现频率为1Hz～10MHz、幅度为0.01～5Vrms的正弦信号的精确测频，以及频率为10Hz～100kHz、幅度为0.5～5Vrms的正弦信号精确测相。液晶显示器能够实时显示当前信号的频率、周期和相位差。该多功能计数器精度高，界面友好，实用性强。 Abstract: A multi-function counter，which uses89S52MCU and EP1C6Q240C8FPGA as a control core，consists of peak detector，A/D conversion，program-controlled amplification，compared shaping and phase-shifting network part.The counter measures the frequency，period and phase of sinusoidal signal.With the equal precision method,the multi-function counter achieves the precise frequency measurement of the sinusoidal signal which its frequency is from1Hz to10MHz，its amplitude is from0.01Vrms to5Vrms，as well as the accurate phase measurement of the sinusoidal signal which its frequency is from10Hz to100kHz，its amplitude is from0.5Vrms to5Vrms.The LCD monitor real-time displays the frequency，period and phase difference of current signal.The multi-function counter features high precision，friendly interface，and strong practical.

The PCF8578 is a low power CMOS1 LCD row and column driver, designed to drive dotmatrix graphic displays at multiplex rates of 1:8, 1:16, 1:24 or 1:32. The device has40 outputs, of which 24 are programmable and configurable for the following ratios ofrows/columns: 32¤8, 24¤16, 16¤24 or 8¤32. The PCF8578 can function as a stand-alone LCDcontroller and driver for use in small systems. For larger systems it can be used inconjunction with up to 32 PCF8579s for which it has been optimized. Together these twodevices form a general purpose LCD dot matrix driver chip set, capable of driving displaysof up to 40960 dots. The PCF8578 is compatible with most microcontrollers andcommunicates via a two-line bidirectional bus (I2C-bus). Communication overhead isminimized by a display RAM with auto-incremented addressing and display bankswitching.

This article is a very simple introduction writing a Windows Form application for the Microsoft.NET framework using C#. The sample application demonstrates how to create and layout controls on a simple form and the handling of mouse click events. The application displays a form showing attributes of a file. This form is similar to the properties dialog box of a file (Right click on a file and Click on Properties menu item). Since attributes of a file will be shown, the sample will show how to use File IO operations in .NET framework.

Magenta Systems Internet Packet Monitoring Components are a set of Delphi components designed to capture and monitor internet packets using either raw sockets or the WinPcap device driver. Hardware permitting, ethernet packets may be captured and interpreted, and statistics maintained about the traffic. Uses of packet monitoring include totalling internet traffic by IP address and service, monitoring external or internal IP addresses and services accessed, network diagnostics, and many other applications. The component includes two demonstration applications, one that displays raw packets, the other that totals internet traffic. The components include various filters to reduce the number of packets that need to be processed, by allowing specific IP addresses to be ignored, LAN mask to ignore local traffic, and ignore non-IP traffic such as ARP.
