About: Paco (pacKAGE oRGANIZER) is a simple, yet powerful tool to aid package management when installing programs from source code. It uses the LD_PRELOAD method to track package installations, and provides various options to keep the installed software organized. It s mainly a command line application but it has also an optional GTKMM interface. Release focus: Minor bugfixes Changes: Libpaco-log has been rewritten in C. CForms, by Lars Berntzon (Stockholm, Sweden), is a tool for building interactive forms-driven applications. CForms applications can run on nany type of library supported by the "curses" library. CForms uses a language-based design to define forms. An application may contain C source modules, field pictures, field definitions, literals, and events. CForms applications must be compiled with the CFC compiler and linked with the CFL linker.CForms runs on most Unix SYSV compatible platforms including SunOS, Dell-SVR4, and Diab SYSV.3. It requires a curses library and yacc or GNU Bison. CForms version 2.1 is now available as volume #402 in the CUG Library.

This file contains a C++Builder 4 project called SimplyChaos-X ver 3.1 (SCX31). SCX31 is an encryption tool. I designed it as my graduation paper work. SCX31 is a symmetric stream cipher built on chaos function, one time pad cipher and inspiration from Ground Effect (aviation). The key length can be up to 40 characters (320 bits).

It is primarily intended as a teaching tool for introductory type courses in finite elements - probably in the mechanical/structural/civil fields. In a command line environment, FElt uses an intuitive, straightforward input syntax to describe problems. Last week I posted an article on a simple C++ template class, XYDataArray, I used in my system development tool. The main purpose of this template class is to store and sort general data types. I needed to implement the same thing in Java, since the tool I developed has a compatible Java version. I checked the Java SDK documentation before writing my own code, and found that almost everything I needed is already there, like the C++ case.
