In these 2 cases you must implement the following behaviour: o If size = 0, then print a message “Size = 0 is unacceptable” and continue by reading the next size for the next 2 matrices (if not end of file). o If size >5, then print two messages: “Size is too big - unacceptable”. Then read and discard the next (size2 ) integers and continue by reading the next size for the next 2 matrices (if not end of file).

The cable compensation system is an experiment system that performs simulations of partial or microgravity environments on earth. It is a highly nonlinear and complex system.In this paper, a network based on the theory of the Fuzzy Cerebellum Model Articulation Controller(FCMAC) is proposed to control this cable compensation system. In FCMAC ,without appropriate learning rate, the control system based on FCMAC will become unstable or its convergence speed will become slow.In order to guarantee the convergence of tracking error, we present a new kind of optimization based on adaptive GA for selecting learning rate.Furthermore, this approach is evaluated and its performance is discussed.The simulation results shows that performance of the FCMAC based the proposed method is stable and more effective.

This application note attempts to cover enough technical details so that the system designer will have considered all the important aspects in his data system design. The source code for this package is located in src/gov/nist/sip/proxy. The proxy is a pure JAIN-SIP application: it does not need proprietary nist-sip classes in addition of those defined in JAIN-SIP 1.1, you can substitute the NIST-SIP stack by another JAIN-SIP-1.1 compliant stack and it should interoperate. he proxy can act as presence server and be able to process NOTIFY and SUBSCRIBE requests. If this parameter is disabled, the proxy will simply forward those kind of requests following the appropriate routing decision.
