This book is the culmination of more than 20 years of building, studying, and teaching real-time systems. The author’s travels have taken him to NASA, UPS, Lockheed Martin, the Canadian and Australian Defense Forces, MIT’s Charles Stark Draper Labs, and many other places. These visits and interactions with literally hundreds of students from such places as Boeing, Motorola, and Siemens have resulted in a wider understanding of real-time systems and particularly their real application. This book is, in essence, a compendium of these experiences. The author’s intent is to provide a practical framework for software engineers to design and implement real-time systems. This approach is somewhat different from that of other texts on the subject.

The task of clustering Web sessions is to group Web sessions based on similarity and consists of maximizing the intra- group similarity while minimizing the inter-group similarity． The first and foremost question needed to be considered in clustering W b sessions is how to measure the similarity between Web sessions．However．there are many shortcomings in traditiona1 measurements．This paper introduces a new method for measuring similarities between Web pages that takes into account not only the URL but also the viewing time of the visited web page．Yhen we give a new method to measure the similarity of Web sessions using sequence alignment and the similarity of W eb page access in detail Experiments have proved that our method is valid and e币cient．

This project allows you to learn communication systems in greater depth. It contains the Simulink files (*.mdl) which are block design files of various communication systems such as AM, DSB-SC, FM, PLL, Data Acquisition, Digital Data Transmission, PCM and Delta Modulation. The idea here is to implement experiments of a traditional communication lab using Simulink. Most of the block diagrams are self explanatory. a sample WDM stream class video capture driver that supports two IEEE 1394 digital cameras. The same driver may be able to support other digital cameras that conform to 1394-based Digital Camera Specification from 1394 Trade Association. Digital camera supported by dcam.sys is a data source that produces digital image data without any other input connection. It manifests itself in a DirectShow graph as a WDM Streaming Capture Device and as a capture filter that has output capture stream supporting image sizes of 320x240 with a UYVY color space. Its de-compressor, Msyuv.dll, is part of the OS delivery, and it can convert image data format from UYVY to RGB16, RGB8, or to a Direct Draw surface if the video card supports UYVY format.

This the first release of a free TCP/IP/PPP protocol stack for the uC/OS Real-Time Operating System. As a first release it s still rather rough and very much larger than desired however it is working well in an embedded product and therefore may be useful to others. Much of the code is ported from public sources including BDS Lite and KA9Q (and its derivatives) and carries copyright notices from those sources. Essentially TCP is based on KA9Q but with ideas from BSD, IP is a simple implementation supporting BSD structures, ICMP is ported from BSD, and PPP is ported from the BSD version of the distribution common to BSD, Linux, and many other systems

Parses UK Profile 1.05/1.06 Object Carousel and saves files to disk (all stored under /tmp/cache at the moment). The files are the scripts and text/image data for MHEG5, the interactive(ish) element of digital TV. At the moment the MHEG scripts are not parsed, so to duplicate that interactive experience, speedy usage of "cat" and "xv" is recommended.
