DBSCAN是一个基于密度的聚类算法。改算法将具有足够高度的区域划分为簇,并可以在带有“噪声”的空间数据库中发现任意形状的聚类。-DBSCAN is a density-based clustering algorithm. Algorithm change will have enough height to the Regional cluster. and to be with the "noise" of the spatial database found clusters of arbitrary shape.

  • Trade and Heterogeneous Labor

We show in the context of a new economic geography model that when labor is heterogenous trade liberalization may lead to industrial agglomeration and inter-Regional trade. Labor heterogeneity gives local monopoly power to firms but also introduces variations in the quality of the job match. Matches are likely to be better when there are more firms and workers in the local market, giving rise to an agglomeration force which can offset the forces against, trade costs and the erosion of monopoly power. We derive analytically a robust agglomeration equilibrium and illustrate its properties with numerical simulations

  • Mobile+and+Wireless+Communications

One of the very first books published on the social impact of the mobile phone was Timo Kopomaa’s The City in Your Pocket: Birth of the Mobile Information Society. The book, published in 2000, was based on research that Kopomaa had under- taken for Nokia and Sonera as part of his doctoral studies in the Centre for Urban and Regional Studies at the Helsinki University of Technology. The first line he writes in the book is peculiar: ‘Mobile communication is not a serious matter’. By this, we assume he is referring to a view of the world that would regard the mobile phone as little more than an unremarkable fact of everyday life – a simple play- thing for the young, or a productivity tool for the business executive and busy parent.

  • Radio+Spectrum+Management

An understanding of the policies, regulations, standards and techniques of radio spectrum management is useful to those who manage and administrate it, to operators, to equipment providers and to the users of wireless communication (i.e., all of us). For many years the author has been deeply involved in ruling the RF spectrum at the national, Regional and global levels. The book is based on the professional experience of the author, his academic courses, presenta- tions and tutorials in five continents. The book reflects this legacy and will be of use to engineers, lawyers and economists, who serve the global industry of the wireless world; in it they may find solutions to the problems they frequently encounter.
