This file contains a C++Builder 4 project called SimplyChaos-X ver 3.1 (SCX31). SCX31 is an encryption tool. I designed it as my graduation paper work. SCX31 is a symmetric stream cipher built on chaos function, one time pad cipher and inspiration from Ground Effect (aviation). The key length can be up to 40 characters (320 bits).

VbMD5: A Visual Basic native MD5 message digest class based on the RSA reference implementation. md5DLL: A C project which generates a simple Win32 DLL with the MD5 message digest routines using the RSA reference implementation. The CoinUtils project is a collection of open-source utilities developed and used by a variety of other projects in the COIN-OR repository. The project includes classes for storing and manipulating sparse matrices and vectors, performing matrix factorization, parsing input files in standard formats, building representations of mathematical programs, comparing floating point numbers with a tolerance, performing simple presolve operations, and warm starting algorithms for mathematical programs, among others.
