PMC和PMC-A系列是小型，高性能，恒定电压，恒定电流的串联调节器方式的DC电源。采用串联调节器方式的设计，可以在低噪声输出等级的情况下实现了高稳定的输出。LED数字仪表在朦胧的环境中也能清晰易读，电子开关排除了继电器的颤动，也是这一系列的特征。此外，一部分的PMC-A系列装备了各种远程控制功能，通过GPIB，可连接电源控制器。

数字控制的交流调速系统所选用的微处理器、功率器件及产生PWM波的方法是影响交流调速系统性能好坏的直接因素。在介绍了正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)技术的基础上，设计了一种以8098单片机作为控制器，以智能功率模块IPM为开关器件的变频调速系统。通过软件编程，产生正弦脉冲宽度调制波形来控制绝缘栅双极晶体管的导通和关断，从而达到控制异步电动机转速的目的。实验结果表明，该系统可调频率调电压，稳定度高，调速范围宽，具有较强的实用价值 Abstract: AC variable speed with digital control systems used microprocessors， power devices and generate PWM wave is the direct factors of affecting the performance AC speed regulation system. On the basis of introducing the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology，this paper designed variable speed system which used 8098 as a controller， intelligent power module IPM as switching device. Through software programming， resulting in sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform to control the insulated gate bipolar transistor turn on and off， so as to achieve the purpose of speed control of induction motors. Experimental results show that the system can adjust frequency modulation voltage， high stability， wide speed range， has a strong practical value.

现有基于MAX7219芯片的数码管驱动电路只适用于小尺寸LED，为扩展其使用范围，在介绍动态显示芯片MAX7219功能的基础上，提出了一个基于该芯片的8位高亮度8英寸数码管驱动电路。电路保留了MAX7219芯片的功能强大、编程简单等优点，通过74LS273锁存器和ULN2803达林顿驱动器，实现了对任意大尺寸数码管提供较高电压和电流驱动的静态显示，并亮度可调。 Abstract: The existing display-driving circuit based on MAX7219 was only applicable to small-size LED. To expand its use, based on the function introduction of dynamic display chip MAX7219, a display-driving circuit for high-brightness 8-bit LED with the size of 8-inch was proposed. The advantages of MAX7219 were retained, such as powerful function and simple programming. Static display with adjustable brightness for large-size LED with higher voltage and current was achieved with the help of 74LS273 and ULN2803.

首先研究CAN总线和SAE J1939协议，提出一种基于MC9S12HZ256微控制器的总线式汽车数字仪表解决方案。详细介绍SAE J1939协议的报文帧格式及应用层协议中发动机相关参数的定义，以及步进电机及其驱动和车速信号的处理方法。该数字仪表系统硬件平台由微处理器和信号采集和信息处理及显示等模块组成。软件设计部分编程实现了对CAN总线和各传感器数据的读取、处理。该系统能够实时反映车辆工况。 Abstract: In this paper，CAN bus and SAE J1939protocol are researched，and a vehicle digital instrument solution based on MC9S12HZ256MCU is proposed.The message frame format and some engine-related parameters’definition in SAE J1939application layer protocol are introduced in detail.Stepper motor and its driver，the methods of speed signal process-ing are also introduced.The hardware platform of vehicle digital instrument is composed by MCU，signal acquisition mod-ule，and signal processing and displaying module.Data receiving and processing from CAN bus and sensors are accom-plished by programming，and vehicle condition can be reflected in real-time.
