针对电源设备出厂老化测试电能浪费问题，设计了一种基于TMS320F28335DSP的恒流型馈能式电子负载。描述了一种原边带箝位二极管的ZVS移相全桥变换器的工作特点，采用了一种简便易行的移相波形数字控制方法；基于DC/DC电压前馈、DC/AC电压电流双环控制方法，研制出一台3.5 kW试验样机。实验结果表明：该系统性能稳定、调节速度快，能很好地满足测试老化及馈网要求。

在航天等空间产品中使用的分布式供电系统中，总体电路一般只提供27~30 V的直流一次电源，各单机产品大多采用DC/DC模块将该一次电源转换为所需的二次电源，并实现一次地与二次地的隔离。分析了INTERPOINT公司的DC/DC模块的输入端反接后，输入电压对DC/DC模块、电源保护滤波电路及负载的影响，通过仿真与验证试验，得出电源模块输入端反接后单机产品中电源保护电路发生作用，对产品中负载无影响，可以继续使用。电源模块失效分析对航天产品中电源模块中出现类似的故障后的处理提供了参考。

DC/DC 升压IC：The FP6291 is a current mode boost DC-DC converter. Its PWM circuitry with built-in 0.25 Ω power MOSFET make this regulator highly power efficient. The internal compensation network also minimizes as much as 6 external component counts. The non-inverting input of error amplifier connects to a 0.6V precision reference voltage and internal soft-start function can reduce the inrush current. 时序电源控制器是本公司生产的具有自动按时间次序开关的电源控制切换设备。当操作员发出电源开的触发控制命令时，控制器将按时间次序顺序打开1至8路电源；当操作员发出电源关的触发控制命令时，控制器将按时间次序顺序关闭8至1路电源，从而实现电源的顺序开关控制。
