裸板的tftp客户端，实现快速下载uboot.bin，大约要4s可下载完成。assm文件夹的head要烧写在nandflash 的0地址，而tftp要烧写在3072块，u-boot 编译后的文件名要改写为u-boot.bin，放在tftpboot 中，这里开发板的IP是192.168.0.111,主机IP是192.168.0.1
