本次设计的RS232 to USB 转换器采用HT82M99E 和MAX232 芯片，其中HT82M99E 为主控芯片，MAX232 为RS232 level shift。本次设计的RS232 to USB 转换器使用操作系统提供的USB HID 设备类驱动程序。
