提出一种基于单片机AT89S52控制的数字频率计的设计新方法。该方法将待测频率信号经过整形放大后输入单片机，然后由单片机控制内部计数器分别对待测信号和标准信号同时计数，再经运算处理得到测量结果，可自动量程转换，并由1602ALED显示器实时显示。该设计与传统测频系统相比，具有体积小、成本低、低功耗、精度高等优点，适用于各种测量电路。

为解决电致变色器件的颜色变化受外界环境颜色控制的问题，设计了一种基于单片机的便携式颜色自适应识别电路。与传统颜色识别电路相比较，该电路利用数字式的颜色传感器来获取外界环境颜色，产生的数字颜色信号易于单片机进行处理。在电路中，下位机部分主要负责获取电致变色器件变色参数及控制电致变色器件的颜色变化;而上位机部分主要负责把下位机获取的电致变色器件变色参数进行电压到颜色的曲线拟合，并通过蓝牙通信把拟合曲线参数传递给下位机。结果表明，该电路能自动根据环境颜色提供-4~4 V范围步进为0.1 V的电压来驱动电致变色器件的颜色显示，与传统的颜色识别电路设计相比，识别的精度和速度都得到了明显改善。 Abstract: In this paper， a portable adaptive circuit for color identification(PACCI) based on MCU was designed. Compared to the traditional color identification circuit， the PACCI adopts digital sensor to detect the color data from external environment and further generate digital color data， which can be processed easily by MCU. In PACCI， the slave is mainly responsible for detecting the color parameters of the corresponding elcreochromic device and further driving it. For the master， which is mainly responsible for the color curve fitting based on the parameters of the electrochromic device， and transmits the fitting parameters to the slave through the bluetooth device. The results show that the PACCI can provide the basis voltage range from -4V to 4V automatically based on the colors of external environment with step as 0.1V to drive the corresponding electrochromic device. Compared to the traditional color recognition circuit， the recognition accuracy and speed of PACCI have been improved significantly.

现有基于MAX7219芯片的数码管驱动电路只适用于小尺寸LED，为扩展其使用范围，在介绍动态显示芯片MAX7219功能的基础上，提出了一个基于该芯片的8位高亮度8英寸数码管驱动电路。电路保留了MAX7219芯片的功能强大、编程简单等优点，通过74LS273锁存器和ULN2803达林顿驱动器，实现了对任意大尺寸数码管提供较高电压和电流驱动的静态显示，并亮度可调。 Abstract: The existing display-driving circuit based on MAX7219 was only applicable to small-size LED. To expand its use, based on the function introduction of dynamic display chip MAX7219, a display-driving circuit for high-brightness 8-bit LED with the size of 8-inch was proposed. The advantages of MAX7219 were retained, such as powerful function and simple programming. Static display with adjustable brightness for large-size LED with higher voltage and current was achieved with the help of 74LS273 and ULN2803.

工厂、学校，居民楼等各种楼层高的地方基本都使用电梯。我们小组将在电子综合实践中利用所学的知识做一个以单片机为核心的电梯模型控制系统。本设计主要介绍电梯自动控制模型。设计包括硬件电路和软件调试。硬件部分我们使用的是单片机控制直流电机，及一些外围电路组成高度为3层的电梯控制系统。当有呼叫信号时，软件部分中的程序中立即进入定层，取向，判断，启动电梯等，通过调用各项子程序完成各楼层的升降控制。同时数码管显示电梯所在的层数，和电梯运行时间。

在深入了解Flash存储器的基础上，采用单片机自动检测存储器无效块。主要通过读取每一块的第1、第2页内容，判断该块的好坏，并给出具体的实现过程，以及部分关键的电路原理图和C语言程序代码。该设计最终实现单片机自动检测Flash坏块的功能，并通过读取ID号检测Flash的性能，同时该设计能够存储和读取1GB数据。 Abstract: On the basis of in-depth understanding the Flash chips，this paper designs a new program which using the SCM to detect the invalid block.Mainly through reading the data of the first and second page to detect the invalid block.Specific implementation procedure was given,and the key circuit schematic diagram and C language program code was introduced.This design achieved the function of using the MCU checks the invalid block finally，and increased the function by reading the ID number of Flash to get the performance of the memory.And the design also can write and read1GB data
