双机冗余系统采用主备机原则运用软件方式通过串口相互通信，达到实时检测的功能，能够保证系统的可靠性。即使有一台机子出现故障的情况下也不影响系统的正常运行，而通过串口通信的方式代替常规的检测转换设备，不仅可以解决转换设备本身出错的瓶颈问题，还在很大程度上节约了成本，因此有很好的实用推广价值。
