PrimeTime Intro to STA

Formality Labs

This README file is intended for people obtaining this directory via Electronic Software Transfer (EST).  All others can safely disregard this README.  The Customer Education labs are provided for your use under the Synopsys copyright and nondisclosure agreements.

These workshop lab files have been tested and should operate with Synopsys PrimeTime version 2002.03.  PLEASE DO NOT run these labs with previous versions.


INSTALLATION
------------

After the FTP transfer of the selected file, please perform the following steps:

% uncompress PT_ISTA2002.03.tar.Z
% tar -xvf PT_ISTA2002.03.tar

You should now have the following subdirectories:

SETUP & TESTING
---------------

Modify the setup.csh to point to the environment variables to the installation in your environment.

To verify that the labs are properly setup source the properly configured PrimeTime_ISTA2002.03/setup.csh and change directory into PrimeTime_ISTA2002.03 and execute .testscript.

Please email the output from the .testscript to the instructor at least 3 business days prior to the start date of the class.
