<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;中国电力科学研究院通信所总工程师李祥珍在此间召开的一个论坛上说，中国ＰＬＣ技术研究和实际应用已经突破性进展。截至去年，由国电通信中心组织、中电飞华公司实施的北京电力线宽带接入试验网，覆盖了５００多个城市居民小区，接入楼宇近４０００栋，开通用户４万余家，并且正以每月开通３０００多户的速度推进。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;据介绍，这个试验网比２００１年在沈阳建设的全国第一个ＰＬＣ试验小区要大许多，但后者除了上网之外还具备视频点播和数字化小区管理等功能。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;近年来，中国网络用户规模逐步扩大，人们对带宽要求不断提高，ＡＤＳＬ（电话线通信技术）、ＰＬＣ等迅速发展，其中ＡＤＳＬ已成为中国最普遍的宽带接入方式。与之相比，ＰＬＣ利用最为普及的电线，用户家中无需新建线缆，不必穿墙打洞，通过各个房间的电源插座就能高速上网，并可组建家庭局域网，实现多台电脑同时上网。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;据了解，ＰＬＣ技术在世界其他国家的研发也在提速，目前其试验网络已遍及美国、德国、日本、韩国等４０多个国家和地区。（完）</P>
