<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;有研究机构预计，２０１０年中国网络电视市场规模将超过两千亿元。巨大的市场潜力对各相关企业的吸引力不言而喻，技术标准的制定更为引人注目。 
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;目前，信息产业部专门设立了ＩＰＴＶ标准研究室。“网络电视既是电信的，也应该是广电的，以后我们会和广电协商，以更好地考虑发挥这两个网的特点，”蒋林涛透露，目前专家已对网络电视的国产标准ＡＶＳ进行了联合认证。“我们认为这个技术本身没有致命性，所以只要给它机会就行。在标准化方面，我们非常重视这一问题。” 
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;据介绍，现在已经初步制定六个方面的标准，包括市场需求、技术需求、机顶盒等，估计上半年可以完成。同时，信息产业部ＩＰＴＶ标准研究室已启动另外１２项标准的制定工作。蒋林涛预计，最后网络电视会涉及５０－８０项标准。（完）</P>
