<P> 贵州省教育厅日前出台中小学生“减负八条”详规,对上学时间、补课、作业、课程设置、考试等重新进行了详细规定,将素质教育具体化。
<P> 3月8日,贵州教育厅基础教育处有关负责人向记者解读“减负八条”。
<P> 学校不得公布学生考试成绩。各级政府不得向教育部门下达升学指标,不得以升学率作为衡量学校办学<!--ADV_CONTENT-->水平的唯一标准,各级教育行政部门和学校不得以考试成绩和升学率高低作为评价、奖励教师的唯一标准,不得向家长和社会发布喜报、红榜等排名信息。学校和教师不得以学科成绩判定学生好差,不得公布学生考试成绩,不得以考试成绩排列学生名次。
<P> 各地各校不得随意增减课时和科目。各学校要在国家和省课程计划的规定内安排教学,不准增减课时和科目;不准随意增加考试次数;不准选用教育厅用书目录范围外的学生教学用书。
<P> 小学一、二年级不留书面作业,高中作业时间不超过2小时。学校要综合平衡学生每天的课外作业量,小学一、二年级不留书面作业,小学其他年级作业不超过1小时,初中一、二年级不超过1．5小时,高中不超过2小时。不准用增加作业量的方式惩罚学生,双休日和节假日不得增大作业量。
