<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;广州的孩子是否能多睡会儿呢？羊城晚报记者对多所小学、初中、高中的学生进行了一次问卷调查，发现学生的睡眠时间随年级升高而渐减。小学阶段每晚睡眠时间在8个小时以上的学生超过了总人数的90%，初中阶段这一比例下降至60%，而高中阶段继续下滑至45%。中学生中有四成因做功课曾经一天睡眠不足5个小时，超过半数中学生反映会在上课时犯困。 
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;在调查中，记者发现广州市各中小学之间情况差别相当大。比如同是省一级小学，彭先生儿子就读的学校功课压得学生喘不过气，而东风东小学、培正小学等校的学生家长均反映，孩子一般只需一个多小时完成功课，10时之前普遍可上床睡觉。 
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;中学方面，最累的不是顶尖名校的学生，如执信中学、华师附中等校连高三都极少补课，平时功课也不会太多。而一些二线学校的学生最是辛苦，这类学校学生努力一下或许就能考上理想学校，因此课业压力特别大，非毕业班学生通常每晚都要忙到12时，周六周日以及假期还经常补课。 
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<STRONG>睡眠不足形成恶性循环 </STRONG>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;广东省妇幼保健院儿童内分泌专科曾可主任分析，该院接诊的不少青少年病例均与睡眠不足有关。他说，青少年睡眠不足会导致很多问题，比如生理上，将导致少儿的生长发育障碍。青少年每天晚上最好在11时之前入睡，因为人体的生长激素在11时以后分泌旺盛，如果这个时候不休息，势必影响到身高、发育等。在行为上，将会使人具有攻击性、脾气暴躁、情绪低落，久而久之性格就会变得孤僻，融入社会困难。在学习上，导致学习效率低，记忆力下降，成绩上不去，更加延长学习时间，结果造成恶性循环，学习兴趣减退，产生厌学情绪。 
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;曾可说，青少年睡眠不足也可能由多种原因引起，有的是由于身体里缺少某些微量元素如钙、铁等导致睡眠不足，有些是因不良的睡姿造成，更多的是因为学习压力过重、功课太多而引发，这个趋势还在逐年上升。（刘虹 贺佳）
