<P> 一首被学生改编成校园版的流行歌曲，恰恰是现在许多青少年生活的真实写照———中小学生因睡眠不足成了特“困”一族。全国两会上，“让孩子12时之前睡上觉”成了多位人大代表、政协委员热吁的话题。
<P> <STRONG>年<!--ADV_CONTENT-->级越高睡眠时间越少 </STRONG>
<P> “我的孩子从上初一以来就很少在晚上12点之前睡过觉！”全国人大代表、内蒙古巴彦淖尔市临河区副区长徐睿霞说出自己的切身体会，徐睿霞除在当地调研外，还打电话给分布在全国十多个省份的同学询问，结果惊人地一致：很少有孩子能在晚上12时之前睡觉。徐睿霞将孩子从初一到高中六年的学习形容为“服苦役”，“减负”收效甚微，学生负担甚至越来越重。
