<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;发帖人——西安交大附中初二（５）班学生邹政平说：“这些建议多是今年寒假我专门抽出时间，在进行社会实践和平时看报、看电视、上网时收集整理的，希望通过西安市政府的网站，请市长伯伯研究，为西安的建设发挥作用。” 
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;说起发帖的初衷，邹政平说她平时就比较注意市容和卫生变化，在课余时间写出了这１００条建议后，首先打开了西安市政府网站，通过“网上建议”栏目给市长发了一封电子邮件，还登上“古城热线”，在论坛里发了相关帖子。 
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;和其他网民发出的帖子一样，邹政平的网上建议很快得到了西安市政府的回应。“中国西安”门户网站的工作人员表示，看到这么多网民关心西安发展，特别是一个中学生为建设西安竟然提出了百条建议，他们很受鼓舞，按照市政府办理网上建议的要求，他们会及时交办。 （完） </P>
