<P> 调查人员发现，从顶级品牌涉及的商品品类来看，哈洛斯、老佛爷同时经营的世界经典名品中，上海引入率已超过80%，其中，较早进入上海、品牌识别较易并且适合作为礼品的品类，比如化妆品、香水、男女时装、手表、箱包的渗透度最高，品牌渗透率达到61.5%；内衣、婴儿用品、水晶和玻璃工艺品渗透度较低，达30.8%；而国内市场新兴的消费热点如家具、家居类商品，目前只有极少数顶级品牌进入，占7.7%。
<P> 上海引入的奢侈品牌主要来自法国、意大利、美国、日本、德国、瑞士和英国，比例分别占到23%、19%、15%、10%、7%、7%和6%，其他国家品牌仅占13%。
<P> 奢侈品牌分布三大地标
<P> 从布局来看，世界顶级奢侈品牌主要分布在黄浦、卢湾、静安、徐汇等上海核心商业区，基本集中在离市中心5公里的辐射半径内，而南京西路金三角、外滩、淮海路新天地这三大顶级时尚地标则是奢侈品牌密集分布区。
<P> 市商业经济研究中心、市商业信息中心副主任齐晓斋认为，上海三大顶级时尚地标的形成，为后续进入上海市场的奢侈品牌建立了选址的坐标系。如今，越来越多的新进品牌希望挤入这三个时尚圈，使得其中的高端商店租金攀高，一铺难求。
<P> 从调查情况来看，目前上海主打奢侈品的百货店和购物中心主要有12家，分别是外滩地区的外滩3号、外滩18号；南京西路的恒隆广场、中信泰富广场、梅龙镇广场、久百城市广场；淮海路东段及新天地的连卡佛、I.T、theGloss；淮海路西段的美美百货、巴黎春天、锦江迪生；此外，东方商厦、来福士广场、华润时代广场、第一八佰伴、虹桥友谊百货也有部分顶级品牌进驻。
<P> 近十年市民收入显著增加
<P> 调查显示，在世界上几个主要的国际大都市中，超过八成的奢侈品牌已将上海作为进驻的首选城市，主要原因是中国的奢侈品消费者增长惊人，而上海人的腰包最鼓。
<P> 有关数据显示，目前中国奢侈品市场价值约为20亿美元，奢侈品消费者已占中国总人口的13%。截至2004年底，上海最高收入户人均可支配收入已达44000元，是10年前的5倍多；上海最高收入户人均消费支出已达24000元以上，是10年前的4倍多。(俞凯)</P>
