<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;儿童互联网安全慈善联合会主席约翰·卡尔说：“我们了解到，越来越多的青少年日复一日，甚至成年累月地在沉默中无端忍受着不必要的来自互联网的欺辱。”他说：“这些遭受网络欺辱的青少年很可能以后不再使用互联网，甚至害怕上网。这种欺辱行为的影响将涉及青少年的精神、道德、功课以及友情等方方面面。” 
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;ＭＳＮ英国用户主管纳塔莉·米德说，互联网是青少年与朋友们进行交往的重要工具，“当互联网受到侵蚀时，其后果是毁灭性的。”
