jpeg的matlab代码

These directories contain the JPEGtool package of Octave and Matlab
scripts used to study aspects of JPEG (or JPEG-like) image compression,
along with sample images and documentation.

The documentation is excerpted from

   Introduction to Information Theory and Data Compression,
   Darrel Hankerson, Greg A. Harris, and Peter D. Johnson Jr,
   CRC Press (http://www.crcpress.com), ISBN: 0-8493-3985-5, 1997.

and may be copied freely for non-profit educational use provided that it
is copied in its entirety without modification.  The scripts described
are covered under the GNU General Public License, as published by the
Free Software Foundation (http://www.fsf.org).
