Here is a project/workspace that will make antlr.lib and antlrd.lib. Put
these in your antrl-2xxx/lib/cpp  directory.

The steps to build the libs yourself are simple:
1. Create a win32 static library project.
2. Enable RTTI.
3. Add the .cpp and .hpp files to the project.
