USB 1.1 PHY的代码

These files already are in 'rtl/systemc'.
The 'usb_ocp_test.cpp' file is the USB1.1 with OCP Interface test.
The 'usb_8051_test.cpp' file is the USB1.1 with 8051 Interface test (incomplete).
