Tutorial readme.txt -- Quartus II software version 4.0
This readme.txt file provides the most up-to-date information 
on the tutorial for the Quartus II software. 

o    The Quartus II software version 4.0 tutorial supercedes 
     all previous versions of the Quartus tutorial.

o    The Optional LogicLock and Stratix tutorial modules 
     assume that you are familiar with the basic functionality
     of the Quartus II software, as described in the Basic 
     tutorial modules. The Optional MAX+PLUS II Conversion
     tutorial module assumes that you are familiar with the
     basic functionality of the MAX+PLUS II software, as
     described in the MAX+PLUS II Getting Started tutorial.

o    You must install support for the following devices
     in order to complete the tutorial modules listed below:
