lang=EN-US>AGC)是一个比例积分(PI)控制调节过程,即根据控制系统频率和区域净交换功率或两者之一与目标的差值构成区域控制误差后按比例积分式计算进行控制。比例积分控制是建立在完善的理论基础之上的,应用成果也非常丰富,但它需要建立比较精确的数学模型。本文尝试将一种新的控制技术——模糊 
( Fuzzy ) 
控制应用于AGC.模糊自动控制是一种非线性智能控制,相对于经典控制理论和现代控制理论来说,它无须知道被控对象(或生产过程)的精确数学模型,而是根据经验控制行为,遵循反馈及反馈控制思想,总结成一系列条件语句,即控制规则,运用微机的程序来实现这些控制规则。而电力系统本身是一个含有众多约束条件的非线性系统,难于用精确的某个数学模型来描述某种状态,并且在已进行的AGC控制中积累了大量的数据和经验,将这些数据和经验量化为控制手段时,模糊控制是一个比较好的选择;同时,模糊控制不仅根据误差还根据误差的变化来调整,能较好地避免超调、欠调现象——特别是对出现拐点时能改善控制性能。仿真结果证明了应用模糊控制进行AGC的有效性。</SPAN></P>
