file [ file... ]
.SH DESCRIPTION
.B qsend
is the
.B Qfax
substitute for the
.B fax send
 command.

The user is prompted for some information about the recipient,
a subject, and comments for the fax cover page.  If the recipient
is found in either the user's personal phonebook (
.B ~/.fax
) or the master phonebook (
.B fax.db
) any files listed on the command line will be converted into
Group III fax files.  Acceptable formats are ASCII text and
PostScript, but if a filename ends in a "." followed by 3 digits,
(e.g. ".001", ".002", etc.),
.B qsend
assumes it is already a proper Group III fax file and will not
attempt to convert it.

The resulting collection of fax pages will be arranged in the
order they were listed on the command line, and together they
constitute a single fax, preceded by a cover page.  This
completed fax is then queued to be sent out later.

.SH "FAX ADDRESSES"
To use the email to fax gateway, users must address their email to:

.B <PersonAlias>@<CompanyAlias>.fax

e.g. "[e-mail]".  The aliases are used for lookup in the
phonebooks, and are replaced with the full names on the cover page
of the fax (see
.B qfax.phonebook(1)
for more details).
