使用efax的fax工具程序

This version of Qfax (1.2d) is essentially just the 1.0 package,
patched to work with the new efax 0.7a, and with gcc 2.6.x and later
compilers.

To those of you who've been waiting on the next incarnation of Qfax,
it's going to be numbered 2.0; the 1.x series will simply be patched
versions of the original package--i.e. "clean-up" releases that fix a
few bugs.

The bottom line is this: if you use efax 0.6a or 0.6b, you'll still
want to use Qfax 1.0; this new version won't offer you any extra
functionality.  On the other hand, if you've upgraded to efax 0.7a,
you'll NEED to use this new version of Qfax.

WARNING: Due to hardware problems, the fax-modem at our site hasn't
been working for a couple of months, so I haven't been able to test
this new version of Qfax (or the new version of efax for that matter)
personally.  There are likely to be bugs in this code, and I'm asking
for feedback from people who DO have access to a working fax-modem, so
that I can sort things out.
