基于单片机控制的粉尘检测系统设计

近年来粉尘污染严重危害着人们的生活环境和身心健康,因此必须采取及时有效的措施对环境中的粉尘质量浓度进行检测和控制。本设计应用激光散射原理,基于STC89C52单片机控制,使用PMS3003粉尘传感器采集粉尘质量浓度作为模拟信号,然后将模拟信号通过ADC0809转换器转换成数字信号,再将数字信号传送到STC89C52单片机中,经过处理后在LCD1602液晶显示屏显示实时检测值,键盘按键调节设置,蜂鸣器报警等,并用LabVIEW软件编写上位机程序与计算机连接显示数据。

In recent years, dust pollution has seriously endangered the living environment and physical and mental health of people. It is necessary to take effective measures to detect and control the concentration of dust. On the basis of the principle of laser scattering, this paper designs the dust detection system based on single chip microcomputer. It uses PMS3003 dust sensor to collect dust concentration as analog signal, then the analog signal is converted into digital signal through ADC0809 converter, and the digital signal is transmitted to STC89C52 single chip microcomputer. After processing, the LCD1602 displays real-time detection value, keyboard adjusts setting, buzzer alarm, and LabVIEW software is used to write the upper computer program and connect computer to display data.
