基于单片机的粉尘浓度监测系统的设计

无针对工业现场环境中粉尘监测日益受到关注,本文设计了一套基于单片机的红外吸收粉尘监测系统,能够实时精确检测粉尘的浓度值。系统的硬件部分以MSP430单片机为核心,还包括微控制器模块电路、光源驱动电路、放大滤波电路、液晶显示模块电路的设计等。系统的软件部分主要包括数据采集程序、模数转换程序和上位机程序的设计。最后,通过实际工业现场多次测试,结果表明本系统符合设计需求。

In view of the increasing attention of dust monitoring in the industrial environment, a set of infrared absorption dust monitoring system based on MCU is designed in this paper, which can detect the concentration of dust in real time and accurately.The hardware part of the system is based on the MSP430 MCU, and it also includes the microcontroller module circuit, the light source drive circuit, the amplifier filter circuit, the LCD module circuit design and so on. The software part of the system mainly includes data acquisition program, analog to digital conversion program and liquid crystal display module program design. Finally, through the actual industrial field test, the results show that the system meets the design requirements.
