基于单片机的电梯无线控制系统设计

为了实现电梯无线控制,提出基于单片机的电梯无线控制系统设计方案。电梯无线控制系统主要由AD信息采集模块、物联网控制模块、交叉编译模块、嵌入式模块、程序加载模块和集成控制模块等组成,构建人机交互模块进行电梯无线控制中的人机对话设计,采用总线传输和嵌入式交叉编译控制技术进行电梯无线控制程序写入,采用单片机作为集成控制芯片进行电梯无线控制的控制指令集成处理,在VIX总线中实现电梯无线控制指令的总线传输控制,结合单片机和DSP芯片进行电梯无线控制系统的硬件开发设计。测试结果表明,设计的电梯无线控制系统人机交互性较好,集成控制能力较强,具有很好的自动化控制性能。

In order to realize elevator wireless control,a design scheme of elevator wireless control system based on single chip microcomputer is proposed.The elevator wireless control system is mainly composed of AD information acquisition module,Internet of things control module,cross-compilation module,embedded module,program loading module and integrated control module.The human-computer interaction module is constructed to design the man-machine conversation in elevator wireless control,and the bus transmission and embedded cross-compilation control technology are used to write the elevator wireless control program.The single chip microcomputer is used as the integrated control chip to integrate the control instructions of elevator wireless control,and the bus transmission control of elevator wireless control instructions is realized in VIX bus.The hardware development and design of elevator wireless control system is carried out with the combination of single chip microcomputer and DSP chip.The test results show that the designed elevator wireless control system has good man-machine interaction,strong integrated control ability and good automatic control performance.
