本文提出了一种基于单片机的电梯控制系统设计。设计以单片机为核心,通过使用和设计新型先进的硬件和控制程序来模拟和控制整个电梯的运行,在使用过程中具有成本低廉、维护方便、运行稳定、易于操作、安全系数高等优点。主要设计思路是用按键表示使用电梯按钮,按下按键后系统将信号传送到单片机,单片机对信号处理,并控制步进电机的转动来模拟电梯的上下行,用数码管显示楼层,用LED显示电梯的运行状态,且拥有语音提示和报警功能。本设计具备成本低、灵活性强、经济实用的特点,易于推广。

A design of elevator control system based on single chip microcomputer is presented in this paper.This design takes single chip computer as the core,through using and designing new advanced hardware circuit and control procedure to simulate and control the operation of the whole elevator.It has the advantages of low cost,strong versatility,convenient maintenance,stable operation,great flexibility and easy operation.The main design idea is to use the button to represent the elevator request button.The button is pressed and the signal is transmitted to the MCU.After the signal processing is completed,the MCU controls the rotation of the stepping motor to simulate the elevator's up and down.The digital tube displays the floor,and the LED displays the elevator's running state.The system also has the voice prompt and alarm function.The design has the characteristics of low cost,strong flexibility,economical and practical,and is easy to promote.
