基于单片机的智能湿纸巾盒的设计

针对湿纸巾易干燥、滋生细菌、冬天刺激幼儿皮肤等问题,提出以52单片机为控制核心,利用温湿度传感器和人体感应传感器提取周围环境信息,通过单片机处理后,控制加热丝加热,显示温湿度信息.按键用于设定温度值,当温度值达到设定值则停止加热,湿度值低于设定值则往纸巾盒中加入液体.打开湿纸巾盒音乐响起,长按S1停止播放,且每天定时紫外线杀毒.通过测试,系统满足以上功能.

It is proposed to use 52 single-chip microcomputer as the control core for the problem that wet wipes are easy to dry,breed bacteria,and irritate children’s skin in winter.The temperature and humidity sensor and human body sensor are used to take the surrounding environment information.After the single-chip processing,the heating wire is controlled to display the temperature and humidity value;the button is used to set the temperature value,when the temperature value reaches the set value,the heating is stopped,and when the humidity value is lower than the set value,the liquid is added to the tissue box.The music is played when the box is opened,and is stopped with the long press of S1.and UV disinfection will be carried out regularly every day.Through the test,the system meets the above functions.
