针对传统电机监测存在的测量参数少、智能化程度低、离线监测问题,提出了一种基于单片机和LabVIEW的电机多参数在线监测系统。该系统通过传感器、信号调理电路和单片机实现了对电机运转过程中温度、转速及噪声等参量的采集,利用RS-232通信串口将数据传输到上位机。上位机采用图形化界面软件LabVIEW实现电机运行过程中的多参数的在线监测。结果表明:该系统具有测量精度高、实时性强、智能化程度高及可扩展性强等优点,有助于防止电机故障的发生。

Aiming at traditional equipment monitoring’s less measurement parameters, poor intelligence and off-line monitoring, a multi-parameter on-line monitoring system for motors based on SCM and LabVIEW was proposed. The system realizes the collection of parameters such as temperature, rotate speed, noise and other parameters during the operation of the motor through the sensor, signal conditioning circuit and SCM, and then has these data transmitted to host computer through the RS-232 communication serial port. The host computer uses the LabVIEW graphical interface to realize multi-parameter on-line monitoring during motor operation. The test results show that, this monitoring system has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, strong real-time performance, high intelligence and strong scalability, which can help prevent motor faults.
