基于STC15W4K60S4单片机智能供暖控制器的设计

针对北方在集中供暖时存在热能分配失调,用户冷热不均,房间热时靠开窗造成的能源浪费问题。本系统采用STC15W4K60S4单片机为控制核心,从硬件和软件两方面介绍了该智能供暖控制器的设计思想,对控制器的硬件原理图和软件流程图进行了系统的论述。系统通过温度设定值、房间实时温度值等参数进行PID运算,由循环泵和步进阀控制管网热水流量、流速而实现了房间温度的自动测量、自动控制,达到提高房间供暖舒适性、节约能源的目的。

For in the north of the central heating,there is a thermal distribution imbalance,the user is unevenly heated,the room is heated by the window caused by the energy waste problem.The system adopts STC15W4K60S4 single chip microcomputer as the control core,the design idea of the intelligent heating controller is introduced from both hardware and software,the hardware schematic diagram and software flow chart of the controller are discussed systematically.The system adopts parameters such as temperature setting value and real-time temperature value of the room to perform PID operation,the automatic measurement and automatic control of the temperature of the room are realized by circulating pump and stepping valve to control the hot water flow and flow rate,so as to improve the comfort of room heating and save energy.
