针对当前节能控制系统易受到外界环境干扰、实现过程复杂和成本高的弊端,基于87C196KC单片机设计了一种新的大型水电站电压节能控制系统。详细分析了87C196KC单片机、A相电压检测电路、B相与C相电压检测电路、功放电路以及功率变换电路的硬件设计过程。通过A/D转换器与D/A转换器对大型水电站电压信号进行转换,消除电压噪声信号;采用模糊控制算法实现软件电压节能控制。最后利用87C196KC单片机的强大接口功能与充分的指令系统,与晶闸管器件结合,通过功率变换电路对大型水电站进行电压节能控制。对所设计节能系统进行电压水平评估以及节能性测试,试验结果表明,所设计系统的用电稳定性更强,采用87C196KC单片机能够有效降低网损均值,提供优质电压分布,实现大型水电站的电压节能控制。
Aiming at the defects of the current energy-saving control systems,i.e.prone to be disturbed by the outside environment,complicated of realizing process and high cost,a new kind of voltage energy-saving control system for large hydropower station is designed based on 87c196kc single-chip microcomputer.The hardware design processes of 87c196kc single chip microcomputer,A phase voltage detection circuit,B phase and C phase voltage detection circuits,power amplifier circuit and power conversion circuit are analyzed herein in detail.Through D/A converter and A/D converter,the voltage signal is converted and the voltage is eliminated for large hydropower station,while the software voltage energy-saving control is realized with a fuzzy control algorithm.Finally,the voltage energy-saving control of large power grid hydropower station is achieved with combining the powerful interface function of 87C196KC single-chip microcomputer and sufficient command system with thyristor devices through power conversion circuit.The voltage level assessment and energy-saving performance test are made for the designed energy-saving system and the results show that the power consumption stability of the designed system is much stronger,thus the adoption of 87c196kc single-chip microcomputer can effectively decrease the mean value of grid loss,provide high-quality voltage distribution and realize the voltage energy-saving control of large hydropower.
